- 1989. 2. 22, 민법 32조에 근거하여 보건복지부 장관이 사단법인 설립허가  

· 대표이사 및 원장으로 김한주(전 경기대 총장), 이사 김용래, 서동권, 이규호, 이원홍, 조강호, 박상희, 감사 박상길, 조병규, 고문  이해원 및 김성배 선출

- 1993년, 1997년, 2001년, 2005년 결원된 이규호 이사를 제외한 전원이 유임됨

- 2006년 3월 9일 대표이사 및 원장 박순일(전 한국보건사회연구원장)과 이사 윤조덕, 조흥식, 신성식, 김재일과 감사 박원출 및 홍  성하를 선출함. 

- 3월 26일 이사회에서 김한주 (전)원장을 명예원장으로 추천 임명

- The Institute established as a  corporation  Approved By the Ministry Of Health And Social Welfare in February 22, 1989

· Kim, Han Joo was elected as the representer of the Board and President of the institute in 1989, 1993, 1997, 2001, 2005

- Member of Board were Yong Nae Kim, Dong Kwon Seo, Kyu Ho Rhee, Won Hong Rhee, Kang Ho Cho, Sang Hee Park,       Auditors were Sang Gil Park and Byung Kyu Cho.

  Advisers of president were Hai Won Rhee and Sung Bae Kim.

- Bark, Soonil was elected as the representer of the Board and the president of the Institute in March 9, 2007

· Member of Board are Jo Duk Yoon, Heng Sik Cho, Sung Sik Shin, Jae Il Kim and Auditors are Won Chul Park and Sung Ha Hong

· Han Joo Kim was elected the honor president of the Institute
